Customers should review the product label and packaging received before feeding.

3. Individual Pet Needs and Results

Pets may respond differently to foods, treats, and ingredients. Results may depend on factors including species, breed, age, weight, activity level, dietary history, health status, sensitivities, allergies, portion size, and other foods being consumed.

We do not guarantee that any particular product will produce a specific health, behavioral, digestive, appearance, or nutrition-related result for every pet.

Customer reviews, testimonials, photographs, and individual experiences are not guarantees that another pet will have the same experience.

Once a package is transferred to a shipping carrier, transportation and final delivery are also subject to that carrier’s operations and procedures.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
